Viability of clothing build?

I was playing Skyrim today and i was wondering if using a Ranger type Character would be possible with no armour just miners clothing in the later stages of the game?

I like to play like that....lots of stealth.

But it is annoying...you'll be forced to run away more then often....the secret is to hard as hard as you can, offence is your defence.

it's definitely possible on adept. strongest archers do 250 damage. strongest fighters do 300 damage power attacks. if you can survive or avoid these you will be fine.

what is your actual restriction? no armor at all? or just no chest piece? are you going to use enchanting? are you allowed to use magic? alteration?

my plan was to get some miners clothing with enchantments and just smithing to get a daedric bow with alchemy to get some potions to help with damage

but other then that no armour at all

Not a problem on Adept. I even do this with a 2H warrior. You just need to be extra careful around archers.
