I have finished the "Tending the flames" guest up untill Viarmo says to meet him at the Blue palace but he won't show up. He just sits around in the college and at a certain time walks over to the winking skeever. I have tried console commanding him into the palace. Waiting in the bards college, winking skeever and outside in the city. I don't know if there could be a certain day that he goes or what. I am not going to delete the last patch and reinstall. Any help at all will be much appreciated.
