My View on Dawnguard

Although i feel this is a very fun and interesting dlc. I also feel like it has no replay value. I like the Vampire side of the story, as i played that first but playing the dawnguard side is completely boring. Why would you work with Serena when shes a Vampire. Other than both side ending the same i enjoyed the dlc.

yeah they could have put more effort into it, the VL and crossbow really the only thing good that came out of it

I really enjoyed it, even more than shivering isles.

Now granted I understand what you say, the stories seem fun once. Not so great for a second play through (or third, I am going to do a second play through for vampires)

the side quests it add are fantastic though, and give you plenty to do after finishing the main quests.

I actually have to disagree, I really enjoyed the DLC on both sides, and it has alot of reply value for me, for sure.

She works with you because of her relation with her father and believing everything her mother stuffed into her head. It's a decent plot point. Then again I went with dawngaurd first. I think it's just both sides being the same that ruins the story... It seems both seem like the one true side when you join them... But when you join the other factions and see the similarities it's weird..

The good thing about the DLC is that everything you got from it you can take it back with you and do what you were doing in Skyrim before Dawnguard came out. I'm only a few hours in but I'm really enjoying it.
