Is there a way to view what changes a plugin makes to skyrim in the creation kit? I would like to learn how to use the creation kit and the easiest way seems like it would be to view how other peoples mods work. Except the im not sure how to see which objects other mods actually change or add.

I'd try and do the tutorials on the Creation Kit wiki and on Bethesda's YouTube channel first, that will help more. Once you have some basic understanding, you can look at Bethesda or other peoples work if they do something similar to what you want to do. However bear in mind you can't copy others, only take inspiration from them.

You can view all changes by a plugin in the Details window within the Data Files window. You can also use a low level editor such as TESVSnip.
