We have to set competive game rule for the game:

Here is a suggestion of restricted weapon/upgrades for a start:
Explosive:
JAW, L-TAG, C4, under-barrel grenade luncher,

Suit modules:
Stealth Modules :
Cloack tracker

Armor Modules :
-Explosion Delay

Power modules :
?

I will update this post as we progress and build consensus

I noticed... However i think that if anything, the modules will be disabled or most of the allowed, these restrictions are just strange ;P
