Unless the Silver Hand only exist if you are a companion, which i don't think is the case.

Posted: Wed May 30, 2012 3:45 pmBeing Companion is not necessary. Silver hands are still living in some forts and are hostile to you so go on and kill a few to get their weapons. I personally dislike silver sword because you can't improve it and it fells off if you try to put it on a weapon rag.
