Vingalmo Quest Problem!

Hello Bethesda.
I would like to bring to your attention a problem everyone is having with a quest given by Vingalmo.
Vingalmo have sent us on quest to change certain people into vampires to be the eyes and ears of Castle Valkihar, but the problem is that he keeps sending us to turn the same people that we've turned already; leaving us at a dead end ( pun entended ) withe the vampire quests.
many have gone back to previous saves only to meet the same problem.
Many have tried saving right befor receiving the reward from another vampire COUNTLESS TIMES only to relive the same problem.
many have tried killing the people he wanted us to change, only to fail the mission and be sent to the same person, and I myself ( doing these things also ) have even resulted to trying to kill Vingalmo so that I won't be sent to him again.
That failed beautifuly due to the fact that Vingalmo can not be killed, and the whole coven attacks me.
Many gamers are begging for a patch to fix this problem.
My suggestion is that you:
1. make more people to be turned.
Vingalmo only sent us to three places; Riften, to turn a wood elf, Winterhold, to turn the inkeeper, and Markarth.
There is still yet Dawnstar, Windhelm, Falkreath, Whiterun, and Solitude.
Allow us to finish turning people in the remaining cities ( still giving us the freedom to turn anyone we want, including our housecarls WITH GLOWING EYES ) and then let Vingalmo give us different missions to complete.
Thank you for taking the time to read my suggestions and ideas.

Yeah, I've got the Vingalmo bug - he won't give me anyone but the lass in Winterhold.

It's impossible to give an actor glowing eyes without changing their race, and if that happens, their face becomes a distorted drab gray color and will no longer match the body.

Your vamplings do get red eyes, however, but nothing else.

Turning my wife was the first quest he gave me.
The only thing that svcks is that her eyes are dark and not glowing like mine.
I figured that if my eyes glow and I was turned by lord Harkon, and all the other vampires eyes glow being of the same coven; why is it that everyone that I turn has to have dark eyes and I'm the new vampire lord?
There doesn't appear to be any cool, real change in them.
I would also like to be able to turn my housecarls and they get some random powers from me.

NPCs have their face data exported and stored in the game files to improve performance. Any alteration to their appearance causes the "gray face bug".

Bethesda wanted them to have glowing eyes, but it wasn't feasible, so they settled on overriding their eye texture with the vanilla vampire eye texture.

The best you could possibly hope for is something like this: http://cloud.steampowered.com/ugc/921238949680482380/BAF97BF51872D6500CC6698F37D4893EADDE4E9C/

That, however, is little more than a trick of the light.
