Visit the hunters at Frost Moon Crag? : V

I have an objective under miscellanious objectives to visit the hunters at Frost Moon Crag. The bar keep at the Retching Netch gave me this objective when I asked about rumors. But that was so long ago now I forgot what he said about them.

Anyway, I go there and no one wants to speak to me and they make it clear if I stick around they are going to attack me. I would prefer to leave them alone if possible, but I would like to find out what is going on there. Do I need to let them attack me to start some quest?

But, yes I got the impression they were
