Visual problems? (Flickering screen)

When I'm playing in Multiplayer OR Singleplayer the screen seems to flicker a lot which is really annoying. This especially happens when I look at bright light (like from the sun)

Also my jumping-action don't seem to make any sound?

Any remedies to solve this anyone?

ps. I'm playing on a Win7 64bit Pc (Cpu AMD Phenomx3 2,8mhz)with a HD5770 Crossfire setup. In-game Graphics-options are set at 'medium'.

Disable Crossfire or use RadeonPro with the Bioshock profile.

I'd prefer to wait for Crytek to get in gear and fix it rather than gimp my computer system to accommodate a broken game.

Agreed! RadeonPro with Bioshock profile selected didn't fix anything by the way..
