Walked into windhelm and got up on the stage while they were executing. Chaos ensued. This was like killing a chicken.
Ran outta town, googled and finally out how to yield. Yielded to the guards... and now I have a lone argonian following me around stabbing me constantly. And he can't die.

do you mean the jarl attacking? i just had that happen to me and got the same problem, i can talk to the side kick when the jarl walks away and find out about a dragon quest but if the jarl sees me im a dead man I even tried killing him and he just doesnt die, its irritating. out of interest have you talked to the imperials before going to windhelm?
