Voice Lessons?

Post » Sun May 13, 2012 5:39 am

Hey guys, just wondering what to waste my money on. Now, I'm by no means tone deaf but my voice simply sounds too monotone (my friend says it sounds like I'm just talking), just not enough vocal range. I've heard that singing is something to be practiced/exercised and that eventually you'll get better.

I don't plan on being a great singer by any means, just want to at least be decent and put some emotion into my singing voice. Would it be worth to spend money on singing lessons?

EDIT: Anybody ever been in my position before and come out sounding at least decent?

Why spend money on something you can get for free on the internet?

Voice lessons, for free, on the internet? I'd rather not sing like Wall-E, so I'll pass.

That's true for most thing. If you practice then you are bound to get better (unless you're doing something wrong)

You know the note at the end of Judas Priest - Painkiller? I can hold that .
Plus sing Bring Me To Life without sounding like I've been booted in the balls...
