They're both overpowered, but the Feline is the most versatile at Range and in attachments.

K-Volt has the same TTK (time to kill) for everyone as it ignores Armour, so is a reliable gun as you can accurately judge your risk in a firefight.

Feline has a faster TTK to unarmoured enemies, but a slower TTK to Armoured enemies, meaning it has higher risks but higher rewards.

Both have their merits and the difference between them is mainly one of tactics, but the fact the Feline can use a Silencer while the K-Volt cannot (and is very noisy and flashy to shoot meaning you will attract attention) means I give this one to the Feline.

my k volt is super weak. i get majority hitmarkers on extended mag and armor and ill probably die. the feline's rate of fire makes it hard for me to live even if i have armor on so feline is overspray not overpowered

Both of these weapons are kinda cheap *cough* Feline *cough* but K-volt vs. feline, Feline is gonna win 90 % of the time (Don't prove me wrong!)
but... a stealthy individual could effectively use the K-Volt to take down armored opponents making them a huge asset to the team but with major attention drawn to themselves (Blue flashing electricity and crackling noises isn't very stealthy) so each has risk and reward as stated above.

I will agree and say the Feline wins between the two of them. But not only does the K Volt take down armor, it also instantly removes an enemy from stealth when you shoot them where as when shot by a standard weapon, can take 1-1.5 seconds for the their cloak to deactivate. Makes them easir to track at the start of a shoot out. Not a bad weapon, just not as good as the Feline.

K-Volt: Low rate of fire, and lack of silencer attachment.

Feline: :D
