Every time I use Wabbajack it's just a random of three effects. It's always either ice, fire, or electric explosions no transmogs or silly effects anymore. What's really depressing is I can't use it to reset my followers to be a higher level. Does anyone have this problem?

Yup! mine now does not do any shapechanges on targets...just some random damage like in your post.

What patch? I am still on 1.05 and no problems.
