I just noticed this.

Positive, they're only NPC's.
I thought you'd of known that man, or at least I thought everyone knew it.

You noticed it 10 months later than rest of the crowd, but yes, you cannot play Imperials

I found it weird at first, but it makes sense with Cyrodiil being a warzone for the players.

LOL not that i've ever played an imperial before, but came to a shocking conclusion when I was like, hmm i wonder what skill tree the imperials will have.

No, your like a lot of other people that don't hang on every letter of every bit of information that pops up across the boards. Or maybe just another that is entirely new to the ongoings.
