What are the effects of a vampire lord being exposed to the sun?

His health, magicka and stamina don't regenerate. This can be countered with enchantments though.

Level 1: H/M/S don't regenerate. Loses 15 points to H/M/S.
Level 2: H/M/S don't regenerate. Loses 30 points to H/M/S.
Level 3: H/M/S don't regenerate. Loses 45 points to H/M/S.
Level 4: H/M/S dont' regenerate. Loses 60 points to H/M/S.
