So maybe walmart by mistake let this date go public

Seems like it is way to soon for me to be honest, I for sure wouldn't want to see this game being released till at least the 3rd Q or 4Q of this year.

They're just tallier estimates. If it's confirmed before that date, then they modify it to the proper date. If that date passes without announcement, they just add a few weeks and the process repeats.

Well thanks goodness it's just a bad estimate, gives me a sign of release, 3month wouldnt be long enough to polish up the game before it is released to the public.

4 months seems soon

I believe the term for it is "placeholder". All retailers use some sort of placeholder date for games that are available for pre-order or pre-purchase but don't have an official release date yet.

Thats just a guess. I am predicting around September or October.

October would be perfect because I work at a golf course on the greens crew from march to end of october and then have the next 5 months or so off...

Well I know that all video games come out on a Tuesday. So that the game should come out on a Tuesday of this year. Like movies all come out on a Friday.

They did this with GW2 too; turned out to be well later than they said.

Hasn't it been in development for so many years in secrecy? I think by that standard it's almost ready, but not even 4 months after beta? Yeah I agree it could wait a little bit longer. Getting it during the summer would be nice though. I'd love for them to take their time and have a quality game right off the bat rather than it being glitchy like TES games upon release. It's an MMO they have to leave an impression upon release otherwise people might not stay. Of course you need regular content after release, but first impressions are pretty big.
