Would a redguard fit more as stormcloak or imperial?
I heard redguards had to fight against the empire for hammerfall, although i am not sure.
And i simply like the stormcloaks way more, and this one might become my main.

But i also find the redguard fit more with the imperials because they accept other races more easily.

ugh..this is a hard one

Hammerfell seceded, and basically got sold out by the empire (read http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:The_Great_War). You're definitely on solid ground supporting the Stormcloaks because they want the same things that the redguard already fought for. On my imperial character, I got the Stormcloak quest from a redguard NPC who said "the empire is in shambles, look at all we fought for and they surrendered anyway." There's a http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Skyrim on the current situation in Skyrim written by a redguard, and he's very sympathetic to Nords.

People have a superficial, slanted idea of what the Stormcloaks are about, and a lot of nostalgia for the empire that doesn't really fit the current political scene in Tamriel.

I imagine there would be many Redguards who aren't too impressed by the Empire at the moment. Hammerfell's no longer part of the Empire, but not because they wanted out like the Stormcloaks do. They got booted out of the Empire for refusing to accept the treaty with the Thalmor that would've given part of their land to the Aldmeri Dominion.

I do think redguards would make good stormcloaks then.
Because if the empire kicked hammerfall out, it would sound a bit like betrayal then.

Well, i will make a light-armor redguard with dual swords. And probably become a stormcloak to then.
Thanks for helping me out.

Cloaks. It makes almost zero sense to be an Empire-Loyal Redguard

it would sound logical if you joined the imperial as a redguard since they ditched hammerfell, join the stormcloaks the TRUE SONS AND DAUGHTERS OF SKYRIM

I see tons of redguards in the imperial army, but NONE in the stormcloaks.

Hmm.....

I didn't notice any redguards in the imperial regulars. There might be some but you might also be seeing darker imperials, since their skin tone can also be quite dark.
