I was right about the dragon "spectral" armor being a sort of transformation and it is confirmed that it actually augments shouts! Not sure if it is a separate perk system or not, but it seems probable. I can't believe they actually did this! Everything that I wanted so far has come true. DB vs DB, dragon mounts, and now this! Anyone else excited?

What do you guys think?

Also, it seems that people who wanted a respec option for their characters may have gotten what they wanted...

The augmenting with the dragon shout might make unarmed viable on master difficulty now since it lets you deliver powerful blows. As for dragon mounts I won't ever touch them as I don't use any mount on any gamer ever. Part of the fun for me is taking a leisurely stroll through the wilderness its the same reason I never fast travel.

Good call, Killa! Let's hope the shout upgrades apply to Unyielding Force (I want to see a dragon tumble out of the air!), Mark of Death (too weak as is), and Storm Call (I'd love to see the storm kick into hurricane-level destruction). Also, I wonder if the "colossal blows" thing translates to both massive damage and knock-back effects. I'd love to swing my warhammer like a baseball bat and see enemies go flying!

Na, he was http://www.imperial-library.info/sites/default/files/Chars_DivyithFyr.jpgand had Daedric armor.

Edit: Actually more white bearded.

What this means is we will have new Perk Trees to choose from like they did with Dawnguard.

Doubtful. It'll be so people can respec if they went with archery when they wanted 1H/2H for spears.

Lol, I have no idea really. I think I'm all dried out of predictions, but I'll give it a go since I'm on a roll here, so I predict the next big dlc will involve the Thalmor in some capacity if there is another big dlc.
