I have installed the beta ati drivers an I am having several issues as a result, I think.

Issue #1: the timer for shouts is now displayed as a big block of blue. This is annoying.

Issue #2: When I cast spells the magic bar, instead of decreasing, slides to the left. It then quickly slides back to the right. I have 380 MP and I am able to dual cast flame cloak at least 15 times in a row. I effectively have unlimited MP as long as I have enough to cast the spell in the first place.

If anyone has a solution to these problems please let me know as I had issues with the old ATI drivers and I don't want to have to revert to them.

It's a driver problem. You must get back to the previous version.

I rolled back to the drivers provided by dell. Now the ui issues are fixed but my magika regenerates at an ungoldy rate. I am pretty much able to chain cast anything as long as I have the magika to cast it once. While this may seem fun it disrupts my gameplay experience and I don't want to have to reinstall the game. Any suggestions?

I am doing the questline for the magic school and the glowing floating things are about in the town. Does the quest for the school give me super mana regen or somehing? I don't wsnt to erase the last 7 saves I've made as they're the ones affected unless this is a glitch. If it has something to do with something I've done in-game I'd be more than happy to carry on.
