Whenever I get near a river or try to jump in my game instantly closes. Does anyone know a fix?

Intel Core i5-2500 @3.3GHz
8GB RAM
64 bit Win 7
GeForce GTX 570


Edit: It is a random crash. I tried the sound *fix* Still crashes.

Edit #2: It happens in Riverwood. Every time I jump in the river. And in certain locations around the town in the wilderness.

FINAL EDIT: I reinstalled Skyrim. It worked! Games fixed.
