I've been playing Skyrim for awhile and this issue is not new. I'm pretty sure this started after I downloaded the DLC with the HD texture packs. But whenever I go swimming and go underwater, the water is a solid color. The color of the water depends on the location and time of day. At first I never bothered to look for a solution but in one of my missions I have to search for something underwater. Well I can't do that since my water is dark. I asked Steam and they gave me a solution. I tried what I was told and it didn't fix it. Has anyone else had this problem? Can it be fixed? What do I have to do?

Try disabling ENB or update any water mods you're using.
