First of all, if this issue has been discussed previously I apologize.

-The bug is pretty simple. The sky's reflection in the water moves dependently to the 3rd person camera, so at certain angles the sky's reflection doesn't appear in the water at all making it an opaque, unattractive bright blue color.

-It's not really a big issue, just a bit distracting and asthetically unpleasing. And if there's a fix I'd love to get my hands on it.

If you search "Skyrim water sky bug" on youtube you can get a good example of what I'm looking at.

-My game is unmodded (aside from official HD texture pack and Dawnguard) and I've tried a clean install. I use an AMD 7950 and have tried current and older drivers. I didn't really notice this until after I installed dawnguard, but hell it could have been there before.
