My Water won't work in Touching The Sky

So I have all the water from the Shrines and am ready to pour it in the vessel to open the doors to the Inner Sanctum, well guess what, I can't pour the water. So what am I missing?

Yea that bugs out sometimes try a reload if not earlier save
