hi is there any way or mod or system to improve the crap look of waterfalls from distance? like the disappearence of the falls or the static unmoving blue things that replace the big waterfalls?

I am using alternative version 2 of http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/6161 and while it is not perfect, it certainly is improvement (I can live with static distant waterfalls, but IIRC W.A.T.E.R. had animated waterfalls - as a Pure Waters user, I have nothing to say about it, I am afraid).
