I found a little bug:

I initiated the Miscellaneous quest at the College of Winterhold that calls for finding "The Waters of Oblivion" in a vampire cave, and I already stumbled upon the book before I initiated this quest. Already having the book didn't take the quest to the next step, and talking to the guy in the Archaeneum/Library doesn't trigger anything. I also tried manually adding the book to the chest it's found in through the console (item ID 0001AD17) and grabbing it out of the chest again. Nothing happens still. :/
