Do Weapon Enchants benefit from Sneak Attacks?

Tried multiple searches on this, couldnt find anything.
Anyway, so I'm playing a sneaky type character who uses stealth in combination with bows and dual daggers.

Wanting to focus on leveling ONE of the crafting skills, I'm not sure about something.
I wanted to try enchanting but I was wondering if the +magical dmg from weapon enchantments benefit from sneak attacks.

To explain in detail: (Bow with 20 dmg, Enchant that does +15 frost dmg) as an example.

Normal hit: 20 + 15 = 35
3x Sneakattack: 60 + 15 or 45?

My guess would be that sneak attacks dont affect enchanments.
Which would most likely mean that stronger blacksmith improvements to the physical damage of weapons would yield more sneak dmg.
I'd test this out myself ingame, but since dmg numbers or actual health stats are not visible afaik, maybe someone else here has some experience with this.
The reason I'm not going smithing outright is that I plan to wear the Nightingale Armor which cant be improved to max since its magical, and would benefit more from double enchantments.
