I have only been able to play around 3 hours thus far and was just wondering whether there was a s system like in oblivion where certain weapons started appearing only when you hit a certain level. I thought it was really annoying but I dont know if its in skyrim. I did manage to steal an elven bow at level 4 so my first impressionis no but can someone deep in the game confirm?
