I was wondering how do I increase the weapon/armor crafting qualities? I mean how do I make it so I can make it so I can upgrade the dragon bone weapons to legendary instead of them just being flawless??? Thanks for the help

Without Smithing perks, your best bet is to gulp down some Fortify Smithing potions in-game.

I have 100 min smithing but the dragonbone weaps quality maxs out at flawless

That's what the Fortify Smithing potions are for, to buff your skill past 100 and allow you to further improve your items.

i don't make potions... Isnt there a option/setting in the CK that will let you change it?

So buy the potions?

Anyways, this whole thing sounds more like a bug than anything else because they should be affected by the Dragon Smithing perk, so contact the author of the mod and let him know that his weapons are not being subjected to the Dragon Smithing perk so he can fix that. Or if they are the Dawnguard versions of the weapons, file a report to the USKP team so they can fix it in the Unofficial Dawnguard Patch.
