Weather in Skyrim.

I've noticed how rain doesn't care where it falls, as well as snow. It's like a piercing arrow coming from the sky.... It goes through everything. I think, to make the game more realistic, Beth needs to put more, solidity on structures: Roofs, overhanging rocks, shacks, etc, to make the "Crap it's raining and dark, let's find a random shack to hide under." role-play experience, more.... Role playable. Right now you have to imagine that you aren't getting sliced by the arrow rain. and the whole, "just went swimming, not wet, don't care." thing could be interesting to fix. I'm not complaining, I'm just suggesting a few things. I know that Beth is still trying to get DLC's to those poor sods at PS3.

Or maybe there is a mod that already does this, and I haven't found it yet....

Tell me what you guys think. is this a good idea or not?
