Wow.. you missed a couple of awesome others..
There were working spears
There was a working animated flail !!
There seemed to be physics for certain materials, like capes, flags etc..
Seasonal foliage
and underwater FX's

Edit: Sorry, in specific.. the applied physics..
I have been trying to rig my latest armour which has a long surcoat:

Now the vanilla skeleton (including skirt bones) just does not produce a satisfactory result with the animations..
I then stumbled upon the Flex Modifier in 3DS Max, which I have been told is unlikely to be supported by the Gamebryo engine..
Which is a real shame as the cloth moved so naturally in Max and would look awesome in game..
