I've done all that. I've read the EA support thingy too. I've cleared cookies etc and tried all that on several browsers. The result is the same.
Couple of days ago I once saw a window where I was asked to enter email and password even though I was logged in. I used the same credentials as for login (email, not username) and was told they were invalid. Since then I don't even get that extra login window anymore. Only the message I get in the video.

Have you signed out then tried it?

I'm just thinking of things that can cause it cos mine worked fine...
