Even though i know there's already a threat about slow-motion bug, but i think this is a new one.

So i've been playing Fallout NV for 15 hours with absolutely no problem, the game runs great on High setting until yesterday. This morning, i started the game like usual and there goes the bug. Everything seems like it's playing in slow-motion (it's not lag or anything, i can even turn camera around and it's fast), even when talking to NPC.

I've tried installing the dx9 file but it doesn't work at all (when i started the game it test my PC information again and turn the setting to Medium). No use, even when I change to Low setting. I even tried to reinstall the game but somehow the bug is still there. :brokencomputer:

Can anybody help me somehow, i'm pretty frustrated right now :sadvaultboy:
