I have a few weird steam bugs.

Firstly, when I try to play, I have a pop up that says I need to download from steam cloud or upload from my computer because the files don't sync. I always click download, however, it's unable to finish (it freezes at 2% and it flickers). It let's me play anyway, but I don't want it to start causing an issue.


Secondly, I get another bug when I try to validate my steam files, I always get 1 file missing that needs to be replaced, even if I just did it. So I could keep validating files and it never fixes the issue. :/

First, that can happen at times. Best thing is to disable the Steam Cloud for Skyrim. Right click on Skyrim in the Steam Library screen and select Properties. Under one of the tabs that comes up is the option to disable the Steam Cloud Sync.
