So, wait, no one knew about the will until today or your family found the will and never told you about it until today? Did they already sell it?

You should sue them. Who cares if they're you're family, your grandfather obviously didn't want it in his daughter/son's hands and entrusted you with it.

It's not family land if your grandfather left it to YOU. It's not theirs to sell.

Varying degrees of hate for most.

I believe my uncle may have done something similar when he sold grandma's house for "40k".

This, if it's a real will the land is legally yours regardless if you're not considering family out of differences.

If there's an actual verified will and testament that gives you the rights to the entire 1000 acre farm, your family cannot legally sell it without your approval. So if they go to try and sell it, it will be very difficult for them. However, if they already some how mannaged to sell it, this is a felony.

Was the will written saying something like it will belong to your guardians until you come of age or something like that? Something that puts the land in your family's possession for a period of time?

My grandpa hated my parents i doubt it, i told her to meet me at the farm and bring the will.
I'm bringing an attorney who i spoke to hours ago, who said it would be fine
I am so angry i could scream, the house and farm were taken care of by my grandpas best friend who is still kickin, he will also be there,he also hates my mother

I have some crazy parents too. But they've never done something like this. As others have said before me, that land is legally yours and they can't just take it away from me. Plus, they're hypocrites, telling you you're not part of the family yet putting restrictions on the things you can and cannot own.

Hopefully your mother will actually bring the will and not say it got lost or something.

So if they haven't sold the farm, I think you're going to be alright. It sounds like you're already taking the correct actions to make sure everyone is aware that the farm, among other things, were actually entitled to you.

Speaking of the other things, what has happened to them? The cars, suits, and all the possessions that were in the home?

Wish my family would stop being crazy, for the most part. Don't really hate any of them. One's in dire need of a heaping dose of reality that she'll probably never get, though. Filed for disability, svcks money off the state, and doesn't do anything at all with her life beyond sleeping and eating.

I know the house was cleared out of the valuable stuff by Ace my grandpas friend for safe keeping, i don't know if he got the guns, he left the furniture i know that much and some other stuff that he thought should stay put, but he and his wife clean it. The cars were sold... I luckily have a lot of money in the bank if that's what it takes.

I come from a long line of fools; many of them may be blustering morons but they're not jackasses. I'm annoyed with them but I don't hate them per se. I'm also okay with my immediate family (mom dad and sister).
All except for my grandfather on my mother's side; if I had a gun and were standing face to face with the man, I would in all probability shoot him.

Well that's [censored].

Can't say I hate my folks though... I love them and visa versa, but they've been divorced/hated each other since I was only six months old.

And I'm an only child, so they're all I got. My moms side is a tad wacky though, and my paps lost touch with his side after his sister died.

Nothing to complain about here. Love all members of my family, no major disagreements between them, no long feuds and everyone basically likes each other. So all good here. :ermm:

she has no right to sell the land then the land, even if she told someone else it was theirs if they buy it you can take back the land and tell the owner that they'll have to get their money back from the unauthorized sale, and it's a big crime to sell another person's home

my family has never done anything like this, just persistently irritating to be/live with
