"Well, hey there. What can Sapphire do for you?"

Post » Sat Mar 23, 2013 1:27 pm

I'd go for Sapphire out of all other women in Skyrim.

She's beautiful.

Her blueish greyish lips  , her sweet pale skin, her spunky but secretly caring personality.

Wish that she was able to be eligible for marriage.

She's has had a terrible past and I'd like to comfort her in the present and in the future.

Just wish I could get her away from it all and give her a palace, y'know? :cryvaultboy:

I mean...

You get to know her story and even meet her father who she thought had been killed.
you'd think that they'd allow you to marry her.

She's even a

and she would match so well as a wife for my character.

I actually agree with you, Sapphire would be perfect wife material and there could even be a quest involved with her leading to the possible marriage.

Yeah, I wouldn't mind if she was added in the marriage list.

I was kinda bummed it wasn't possible after the little Dragonborn quest. She was my first choice before I found out she wasn't eligible too.

I don't know about Karliah, she was just annoying.

"Right under your noses". She says that so disgusting with her accent.

"We're thieves and we're damn good at what we do!"

Sounded sort corny to me.

Least favourite character in the game. Stupid face, stupid accent, stupid role within the plot.

And for the ladies, you know, I'm a little irked that Brynjolf wasn't available for marriage. I melted every time he called me lass or asked me how I've been. Figures that Bethesda would yoink away the one potential male marriage candidate that was actually charming to some degree. I ended up marrying Farkas, because while he may be dumb, he's kind.

If I had to choose between Sapphire or Karliah, I would go with Karliah. I think her voice actress was one of the few who could actually deliver her lines with emotion. Granted, her voice was a little too timid for me, but still the emotion was there and she didn't sound like everyone else.

Sapphire is a gorgeous NPC and I understand guys (and girls) wanting the option to marry her. Maybe Bethesda will get Sapphire & Brynjolf's voice actors back to record the marriage dialogue and make some happy couples out there. Most likely not, though. I wonder what their reasoning is for making their guild members so reluctant to tie the knot? Are they afraid they'll steal our wedding rings, loot the chests in our houses, and run off with our ill gotten goods?

You're not the only one. My boyfriend, who mostly watches me play Skyrim rather than play himself, always makes fun of me for marrying "the dumb brother." Especially when a mod that I got for the companions had a glitch that resulted in Farkas preferring to strut around my house in his loin cloth. ;) Never knew the developers spent so much time on his, uh, physique. Dumb sweet husband!
