Werewolf totem upgrades

Hi guys,

I'm new to the forum and DEFINITELY new to modding so I apologize if anything sounds outlandish or if someone has come up with this idea and I just missed it.

So, let's face it, werewolf form rocks. Especially with dawnguard. And it was while leveling up my wolf that I came up with some ideas. I took to just hunting the various wildlife of skyrim in order to get the requisite number of feedings to max out, and it turned out to be really fun just to hunt elk as a werewolf, as weird as it sounds.

I also got to thinking about how frustrating it is to reach level 80 and find some abilities completely useless. I'm not just talking about a spell that doesn't do as much damage as a higher version of itself, but about whole classes of abilities that you can't play with anymore, like fear (at least not on leveled enemies). So without further ado,

Let's have the ability to switch totems on the fly (a la vampire lord). Getting the totems was not a waste, because you still don't have the option until you collect the totem, you just don't have to pray anymore. But now the good stuff,

Totem of the hunt: instead of a roar, you growl and hunch down, while the ebony mail black smoke effect surrounds you. This makes you harder to detect than a simple 100 sneak skill, but easier than being completely invisible. Same cooldown, range etc. as it has currently, but now you can actually stalk your prey (hopefully with the blue glow of unaware-ness around it). The stance button changes from hunched to normal, and your crosshair doesnt change (The totem has your victims in different colors anyway, so you'll know if you're caught).

You move as fast as a normal walk and can sprint out of it fluidly (no change stance pause, as fluid as when you leap attack and keep running), the sprint would, of course, break "stealth." There are no damage bonuses to calculate, simply a change in the victim's alert status. After being detected, when you crouch again it applies an effect like the sneak perk, shadow warrior. If you're far enough, or in the shadows, they will begin to look for you again.

Totem of fear: Adjust levels affected, now affects anyone your level or below (or up to 5 levels above with the perk). 10 second duration with a 40 second cooldown (so you can't spam it, at least 30 seconds without it.) Same roar sound effect.

Totem of brotherhood: I love it just the way it is once you get the werewolves, only let's replace the roar with a wolf howl. And so it doesn't get complicated, let's say they're dumb and can't sneak during totem of the hunt.

Is this overpowered? Not really, and certainly no more than werwolf already is. Besides, this is not competitive multiplayer. I think it would just be fun. Let me paint you a picture:

You want to take out a stormcloak (or imperial) camp. The moon is full. You growl and hunch down. Stalking your unaware prey, you creep up to the edge of the camp, just outside the lantern's light. Suddenly, you sprint from the shadows and leap at a soldier, taking him down and killing him. Without slowing down you sprint through the camp back into the darkness. You hunch down again, this time the soldiers are looking for you. You run through again, killing another soldier, but now your cornered. You let out a roar that sends them running. You take a few more down before they regroup. With your roar on cooldown, you summon your brothers and commence to annihilating the rest of the camp. When the battle is over, you feed and run off into the night, ready for the next hunt.

So is this at all possible? Can you mod animations? (only need the hunch and hunch movement). What would I need to do to make this happen or is it solely in Bethesda's ballpark now?
