I accidentally use shout in Whiterun and it hit a man. I ran into the castle and got killed MANY times. I managed to get out of there, but they were all into killing me so i had to gtfo... I ran into a guard and i payed him and got placed outside the castle, now the people outside the castle dont care about me, but just as i run in again, the guards kill me at once. A friend of me said that I should just go away but i can't cause i have to speak with Jarl!!!!!! HEEEEEEEELP

Your friend is right. Go away. Come back in a 6 or 7 in game days.
