I am not one hundred percent fond of bashing player suggestions, some (ok, few) of those are even decent ideas. Still, I think it is funny and original for the devs to communicate their frustrations this way, they are people too having all the rights to disagree with the player feedback.
So it is okay to vent it out this way.
As for your question, Chinese accent would be funny. Some overly southern state US accent (Texan?) would be funny too.
Or just have Christopher Walken read it and it is set for 100% hilarity.
