Including sun spells. It is for a Paladin type character, who does enchant, so I could cost reduce on armor also I guess. Would 200 magicka be good enough?

I would say at least, 300 if not 350.

On my Crusader-ish characters I find that having 200 magica gives you a safe amount to work with.
