What after Soul Cairn? : V

Ok, I just finished retrieving The Elder Scroll (Blood) in the Soul Cairn. No new quest launched when I got out of The Soul Cairn and the only quest I have available that has anything to do with The Elder Scrolls is "Seeking Disclosure." When I try to track that quest nothing shows up on the map. I went back to Fort Dawnguard to see if I could start another quest and found nothing. What's my next step? Did something possibly glich?

Have you been through Blackreach and retrieved the Dragon Scroll yet? You have to have both scrolls before you can advance in the quest. To get the Dragon Scroll, you'll have to start the Discerning the Transmundane quest.
