What if all of your characters are together?

Post » Fri Aug 02, 2013 11:25 am

What if every single character you have created in both games like Skyrim, Fable, etc or just on the top of your head all magically ended up together for unknown reasons... What would their reactions be or what do you think will happen? Will some fight? Will some be friends? Will some try to figure out wtf is going on? etc...

What you think?

Most likely... My characters would all go into different groups, hanging out with similar looking characters. Like all my musicians I've made on Rock Band 3 would be together and I can see my Xbox Avatar guy with them. All the spartans I've made in the Halo games would be back away from everything and sticking together, and prolly would the first group to start talking about "Wtf is going on?". My Main Skyrim character would most likely be chatting with my RuneScape guy about quests and such. All of my evil characters from Morrowind and Skyrim would probably be fighting my pure good characters from same games. My Oblivion main guy would just be doing what I always do, running around in circles and jumping extremely high... Both my dragon and pony characters would prolly fly straight up away from everything...

That's what I got so far.

~Things that I'm talking about~

Spoiler
-Games Related-
The Elder Scrolls
Fallout (I think?)
Fable
Xbox Avatar
Rock Band
Guitar Hero
MMORPGs (WoW, RuneScape, etc)

Halo
And more~

-Other Stuff-
Sonas (Some people in some fanbases does this. Though on top of my head, I can think of some Bronies, Furries, and Dragon Fans doing this).

OCs (Random character you made up in your mind).

The only character I have in games is a swordsman named Adrian and he's a really powerful character on a demi-Devine level. You probably don't want to encounter this guy in RL :D.

It would be a very versatily bunch, male and female, weak and strong, warriors, mages and assassins, orcs, imperials, argonians and all the other races...

It's impossible to know what would happen, but the group would not function as a whole. It would split into at least three, if not five, groups of similar minded and/or raced individuals.

They would all stand around asking each other why they have considerably less personality than most of the characters in their own games, and why most of their faces look derpy (because most games have bad character creation), and they would probably wonder why many of them look almost identical.

Most of my characters have been somewhat eccentric in one way or another, so I suppose we'd have a very interesting group of people. No weird [censored]; they're all too sophisticated for that, well except for a select few...

They'd all meld into one and I'd pop out the other end.

I should really stop projecting myself into my characters and just see a psychologist. Yanno, after I finish my current one's story, I mean.

My Nerevarine would mistake my Dovakiin's Dragon Mask for a Dagoth Ash Ghoul, and promptly beat him to death with his daedric daikatana.

My Champion of Cyrodiil would assume my New Vegas character was his evil doppelganger, and proceed to blast him with finger of the mountain, overloading his tesla armor and causing an electrical explosion.

My Eternal Champion and my Imperial Agent would communicate through sign language, as they both lack voices.

My Fallout 3 characters would sit around smoking, drinking, using the scenery for target practise and injecting themselves with various narcotics, because they were all cool cats and not self absorbed heroes, each of whom has a drug addiction to make them more interesting.

Well, my characters would probably just be goodie-goodie badasses. That's right, that can happen.

Seriously, they'd all have at least one part of my personality and could get along. Save for my good guys not getting along with my bad guys. My current Courier for instance would hate my current Lone Wanderer and they'd most likely duke it out or at least argue. My Noble Six would quietly sit in the corner and watch for threats, in his sufficiently awesome armor. My Corvo would probably sit near Six and simply observe.

They'd be from all backgrounds, but mostly if not exclusively human. There'd be elves though, plenty. Bosmer, Altmer, Dunmer, Orismer, all sorts. Then the Imperials and Nords. From all different walks of life, mages, loners, thieves. Overall pretty diverse, set into a bunch of groups but mainly devolving into 4 groups. Good, bad, neutral and wild-card.

My Altmer would so reign supreme.

He already is the same guy every time, through a series of reincarnations and highly developed prescience.

Alright, let's see if I remember all my ES characters (I probably won't).

My first Oblivion character (Khajiit, not naming; this was my first ES character, so RL name was in the character's name. I was lazy with names then. :P) would probably be running backwards while throwing fire at someone else but ultimately missing.

My second Oblivion character (Khajiit, R'oskivaer) would be jumping around the room punching the wall repeatedly.

My third Oblivion character (Imperial, Shazius Mentus) would be sneaking about trying to pickpocket people, then ultimately failing and attempting to murder everyone (and failing at that, too :P).

My fourth and current Oblivion character (Argonian, Wields-Dark-Fire) would just hide in a corner and avoid most everyone, until Vaef Hlaalu (I'll get to him later) walks nearby, in which he'll attempt to rob or beat him. Wields would probably be the first person killed by Shazius. :P

My first Skyrim character (Khajiit, Um'akael; was unfamiliar with Ta'agra at the time) would be reading spell books and throwing random objects around with telekinesis.

My second Skyrim character (Redguard, can't remember his name :() would be flaunting his shining armour and the newly-reforged Wuuthrad to everyone.

My third Skyrim character (Dunmer, Vaef Hlaalu; we're here :P) would try to rob everyone, and dice anyone with Mehrunes Razor and the Blade of Woe if they notice him reaching into their pockets. Maybe Wields would fall to Vaef. :P

My fourth Skyrim character (Argonian, Obzif-Bren) would be mapping out wherever these people are, possibly scouting and exploring, and searching for treasure.

My fifth Skyrim character (Khajiit, M'rida; the only female I got around to actually playing, oddly enough :/) would be searching for the nearest buffet table to devour everything on it.

My sixth and current Skyrim character (Khajiit, Jo'vindaaz; I seem to like the furries :3 And play Skyrim a lot) would be telling everyone of his recent battle with the ghost of Haknir Death-Brand, and showing everyone the glimmering Stalhrim armor, and the vampire cutlasses he obtained from Gyldenhul Barrow as well. He would then offer to help people with stuff for coin.

My only Morrowind character (Khajiit, S'Braxodin; got to play for a couple hours on a friend's computer once) would be practicing his water-walking spell.

My only Dragon's Dogma character (Lexonriir) would run and jump everywhere, occasionally stopping to pick up and throw someone.

And my sona (V'rex'aad; he's my avatar! :D) would find a quiet corner uninhabited by other lizards and read the nice thick book you see in his hand. :)

So, basically, the mage cats would most likely interact well together, my Redguard, Jo'vindaaz and M'rida would probably exchange great stories of their adventures and their valour, the lizards will talk to no one, and Shazius and Vaef would try to rob and kill everyone. :lmao:

I'd like for something cool to happen, but more likely than not my good characters would fight my bad characters, non fable or TES characters would die in mere seconds, the TES characters would soon realize beating on the Fable characters would be pointless and the Fable characters would recognize my TES characters as lesser threats for as long as they had apples and pies in their inventory. A few thousands pieces of food consumed later my good TES characters would most likely have been able to overcome the bad characters using their ability to work as a team as a slight advantage over the evil characters that would be about as powerful, then they'd join the good Fable character in beating down the evil Fable character until he no longer had apples and fish to stuff down his throat and he'd die leaving all of my high level good TES characters + my good Fable character as the last ones standing.

Then those would go about doing what your average fantasy hero does on a day to day basis.

Hmm, good point. There would likely be an awful lot of "you look kind of familiar" going on...

Most of them would likely get along just fine, given that I tend to make characters that are basically good and/or diplomatic.
