I am not talking about dialogue trees, just general things both dispositions say to you as you approach the NPC and vice/versa.

I know "Ally" will say, "What do you need, friend?"

So far that is the only unique dialogue I have heard from an NPC with "ally" relationship to me.

Curious: Does anybody know what some dialogues are for lover disposition/relationship rank?

Are they the same as what a spouse will say, or different?

As far as I know, it's exactly the same thing as your spouse. I remember setting Marcurio's relation to my Dunmer as "lover" when I recreated her on PC since they were married in the PS3 version, but it didn't unlock his spouse dialogue.

I was under that same impression. I had a feeling, seeing as how there aren't any other "lover" relationships in the game, apart from spouse as far as dialogue goes.
