Okey, lets stary with normal spells:
Alteration:
Ash rune (crowd control rune, it immobilizes enemies "in hardened ash" for 30 seconds).
Ash shell (Immobilizes target "in hardened ash" for 30 seconds if they dont resist).
Conjuration:
Bound dagger (Same as the other bound spells, but its a dagger, great for a magical assasin).
Conjure Ash Guardian (Creates a Ash Guardian that guards that location until destroyed, needs a heart stone in inventory or it will be hostile to all).
Conjure Ash Spawn (Creates a Ash Spawn, a new enemy you encounter aloot on Solstheim, it kinda a ash/fire zombie thingy).
Conjure Seeker (Summons a seeker, its a deadra, evil looking, aloot of tentacles, floats around, you will encounter them in the black book realm).
Destruction:
Freeze (A ice spike that does 20 points of frost damage to health and stamina and slows the target for 15 seconds, but you need a item called "Ahzidal's Ring of Arcana" equiped to be able to use this spell).
Ignite (A blast of flame that sets target on fire, doing 4 damage per second for 15 seconds, also needs the same ring)
Whirlwind Cloak (For 60 seconds, target within melee range has a change to be flung away)
Illusion:
Frenzy Rune (Target that fail to resist are frenzied for 30 seconds)
Restoration:
Posion Rune (Target that fail to resist take 3 posion damage per second for 30 seconds).
Thats the normal spells. But we also have new shouts, new greater and lesser powers, and new passive powers (most from black books).
For example, theres a ring that makes anyone you have resurected (zombies) explode in a frost explosion when damaged. Theres also a black book power that makes fire breath spawn Wyrms from everyone you manage to kill with the shout. You can summon a deadra merchant that you can use. Theres even new special dragon priest masks that improve elemental spell damage with 25%. Etc etc etc.
Theres 9 new passive powers, 12 new greater powers, 4 new lesser powers, 6 new temporary effects, 4 new dragon shouts and some (not sure how many) items that change spells (like the ring in examples). So im not going to bother listing them all.
Then theres the spider "scrolls" sigh. I wont even bother trying to give more then a simple explanation: you can make magical spiders with different attributes and use them in combat (they can do everything from flame damage, to mine control).
Someone else gotta cover enchantments.
