What are you doing....

So Xbox players, Hearthfire releases tomorrow. What are you doing to prepare in-game for this DLC? I personally am getting all of the gold you could ever get and Iron out to HEEZOW. Are you doing the same? Different? Share!

I've been chopping logs, I've got about 200 chopped now. I also am buying up lots of iron ingots. I've got about 150k in gold and I expect to be broke by the time my 3 houses are built.

I had last saved inside a dungeon so I went on Skyrim earlier and finished the dungeon and then saved again.

Any resources and whatnot I may need for this dlc, i'll get once it's installed and I know what's what. Just didn't want to download the dlc and then have to work my way through a dungeon before I can check it out

I cleaned out, and there are no jokes here..
13,166/545 pounds of equipment, kept fast travelling on Arvak and went to all the towns in a circle about 13 times before it all cleared.
I now have 145K, i am prepared!

As I said in another thread, I actually spent time decorating Hjerim. It's going to be my house of choice no matter what this DLC provides. I won't be able to have my family there, since children can only live in built buildings, but it will be my home away from home. It's the first house I've ever decorated in this game and I'm really happy with how it turned out. I'm still probably not done with it - I'd like to get the bug jars, but one of them requires Thieves Guild membership and I won't be joining. And if I can't get them all, there's no point in getting the others.

Money is of little consequence...And I have a sword that slays gods, and a voice that moves mountains.

...So you're running around whacking buildings with an axe, which...the game isn't even programmed to give you wood for?
I'm all for immersion but...

I haven't played Skyrim in a few months, but I have a lot of money, so I may end up just buying everything for my house. OTOH, I love Hjerim, so I'm not sure what I'm going to do.

Im lvl 55 right now and i have completed the main quest - companions and DG.. Running around and doing small jobs to raise my funds.. i have a ton of gems - mics items that its nearly impossible to sell, which is kinda lame ( shop keepers are too poor )... i hope they will add a shop with more gold than the current ones so i don't have to do anything other than wait :)
