So from my under standing there 4 clases

Dragon knight( which seems kind of tank like with some good pull skills)
Sorcerer
Nightblade( which seems like the stereotypical assasin/thief)
Templar( which as jack of trades with some awesome heal skills)

To me since you can still play however you want like most Tes games it seems like Templar will be one of the best since its heals have no cool downs. What do you guys think about the classes and which do you think will be the best?

The resto staff allows anyone to heal,though pure healers (if viable) will still probably go Templar. I like them, they all have options for pretty much any playstyle and that is something few MMO's have.

yea but Templar is also good with anything but theirs are the only ones who's heals don't have any cool downs( which is useful for any style of playing).
