As title says, I would like to know for you what is best pre-order pack.
I live in Italy, but I usually buy also in UK. Here in Italy, Gamestop ( as you see http://www.gamestop.it/PC/Games/29660/dishonored?previousUrl=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.gamestop.it%2FSearchResult%2FQuickSearch%3Fq%3Ddishonored ) has an offer with Arcane Assassin Pack, Steelbook and others minor bonuses. But the price, also for PC version, is a little high (as always in Italy); it's 50 €, equivalent to 63 $ or 40 ￡. This for a PC game.

In UK there is Game.co.uk (you can see http://www.game.co.uk/en/dishonored-game-exclusive-special-edition-181795 ) with an offer similar to Gamestop in Italy but without Steelbook and with 72 Tarot card instead. The price is almost the same.

ShopTo.Net has a great price, with a Black Street Butcher DLC (as you can see http://www.shopto.net/pc/PCDI12-dishonored-plus-exclusive-dlc ). I'm also unable to contact them for ask, because the form for Customer Care, doesn't work.

What do you think? Do you know also good offer for pre-order pack?

Depends on what you want. I would personally go for the tarot deck and the steel case+Arcane Assassin DLC Pack. I like the stylized cards and the artists from Arkane have worked for them and even developed a card game for them, a good looking steel casing is always nice which you could for something else in the future and the Pack itself is only good if you plan to use a lot of spells. I personally won't be using spells that much in my main playthrough of the game so I won't really gain a benefit from it. All and all that seems like the best choice.

Now I see that on ShopTo, the DLC is Back Street Butcher that it's more action oriented than Arcane Assassin.
