So, fellow readers, what are you reading now, what's on your list, and what have you crossed off your list recently?
As for me, when the last thread left off I had just started reading the LoTR trilogy for the first time. I was about 40 or 50 pages in and was finding it slow going. Well, the story's picked up nicely and I'm now thoroughly engrossed in it. I'm still on The Fellowship of the Ring, but am about 3/4 of the way through it now and eager to finish and start The Twin Towers.
Another one that I recently finished was The Caine Mutiny by Herman Wouk, but that was just a re-read of an old favorite of mine.
