I caught a form of vampirism in the first dungeon. Will I still be able to continue in the dawnguard questline?

I'm not sure, but I try to be careful not to catch it. However, if I do catch the disease, quickly use a Cure Disease potion before the disease progresses and you'll cure it.

Considering that i joined Dawnguard as a vampire, i dont think they will notice.
