Looking at the specs that Mac Pro is the 2008 model. I found this on eBay which closely matches what you've got:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Apple-Mac-Pro-early-2008-2-x-2-8-GHz-Quad-core-intel-Xenon-/290879395653?pt=UK_Computing_Apple_Desktops_CV&hash=item43b9c35745

It's difficult because there's some room for customisation in the models, and that ones got a few "extras" as described by the seller (a new GPU for example). However it's got 16 bids at around £250, so it should give you a rough idea.

I'm probably way off, but since its a mac you can probably sell it way more than its actually worth. By that I mean compared to PCs of the same quality/specs. I'd say you can probably sell it somewhere between 300-400 bucks(Maybe). 400 might be a bit much.

The ram is quite low and the video card is pretty meh, but it has some redeeming qualities. I wouldn't expect it to fully pay for your new laptop, though.
