Hopped on New Vegas yesterday for the first time in months. Never experienced any freezes before and made it all the way to the end of the game. After this patch my game froze twice in under an hour. What's up with that?

Um, probably just adjusting to the patch. I found my game very choppy after the patch, so i restarted my xbox, and it still seems a bit 'off', but less choppy than my first attempt of running the game with patch.

Did you delete your old save and its autosave file?

Royaly screwed up various reputations if you installed it during a current game, and atleast 1 quest (return to sender) if you chose to >>SPOILER<< turn the guy in at the end.
